Lara Johnson-Beebe

I am an independent historical researcher and author working with original early-twentieth-century archival materials, particularly private correspondence, journalism, and philanthropic networks related to American and transatlantic history. My work has received formal support from Northwestern University Libraries’ special collections staff. I have lived and worked professionally overseas for many years and maintain a longstanding professional affiliation with Ford Models. These experiences inform my cross-cultural, comparative approach to historical interpretation.
